Return and Exchange Policy – Qatar
Our company places great importance on providing a safe and reliable shopping experience for its customers by offering a purchase replacement service within 7 days of the purchase date, taking into consideration the terms and conditions outlined below:
Purchases to be exchanged must be in their original condition and accompanied by the packaging and identification cards that are part of the purchase process, along with the original purchase receipt.
We regret to inform you that perfumes, air fresheners, incense, diffusers, and sprayers cannot be exchanged or refunded once the packaging is opened.
Packages can be exchanged within 3 days of the purchase date, and their cash value will only be refunded in the case of manufacturing defects, non-compliance with specified standard specifications, or failure to achieve the intended purpose of the item.
Any gift received by the customer during the purchase must be returned when exchanging the purchased items, adhering to the specified conditions during the purchase.
The customer bears the shipping and delivery costs if they wish to exchange the purchased items through home delivery. However, in the case of replacement from the company’s location, this is done without additional costs.
Except for the cases mentioned above, when returning an order due to manufacturing defects or a desire to exchange it for other products, the amount will be refunded upon receiving the returned or exchanged products, excluding any paid delivery fees.
In the case of payment by credit card, the amount will be refunded to the same card, and it may take up to 14 days to reflect on your bank account.
